You will receive a competitive monthly salary based on 36 hours. You will also build up 8% holiday pay and receive a 13th month's salary, both of which you can build up in MyChoice.

For example, you can have the budget paid out, use it for extra days off or use it for other options that suit your situation. This gives you control over balancing your work and private life.
Your performance is reviewed every year. Based on how well you perform, you will receive a salary increase. Or, if you are at the end of the salary scale, after two years of excellent performance you will receive a bonus of 5% of your annual salary.
