How do I prepare for my introductory interview?
Look up the address of the interview location well in advance. How will you ensure that you arrive there 10 minutes before your interview begins? You don't want to be late! Also, prepare some questions. Questions that your new colleagues might ask you. And what will be your answer? But also think about the questions you have about the position, the team, or the organization. You can ask those too! Do you know someone who already works at Schiphol? Give that person a call and ask them how the job interview went.
Whom should I address my motivation to?
You can address your application or cover letter to the recruiter mentioned in the vacancy. The recruiter will ensure that the appropriate manager reviews your application and reads your motivation.
Can I send an unsolicited application to Schiphol Group?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. You can apply for the vacancies available online. There is likely something suitable for you. If not, you can set up a job alert. You will receive a notification in your mailbox when a vacancy matching your interests becomes available.
Who can I ask questions about the job description or the application process?
The recruiter is more than happy to answer all your questions. Feel free to call, email, or message during working hours. You can find the contact details of the recruiter at the bottom of the job description.
