This team analyses customer needs, improves processes, and ensures that Schiphol remains commercially strong and welcoming, especially in the busiest areas of the airport.
Marketing & Customer Experience
In Marketing & Customer Experience, you create a travel experience that truly stays with people. You work on campaigns, communications, traveller insights and a service experience that fits an airport of global stature. From data‑driven marketing to personalised travel experiences: this team ensures that passengers not only move efficiently through Schiphol, but also feel seen and pleasantly surprised.
Business Platform Commercial
Business Platform Commercial is the beating operational heart behind new and existing commercial concepts. You develop and manage propositions for passengers, visitors, tenants and media partners.
